The low speed weighing controller, a core component of low-speed
dynamic truck scales, is independently developed, designed, and
manufactured by Zhengzhou Hengliang Tech Co., Ltd. It features
sensor status detection, zero-point tracking, scale setting,
coefficient calibration, real-time vehicle passage data, weighing
display, and real-time transmission. Its main function is to
perform high-speed AD conversion on the input analog signals from
the weighing sensors, process the data using algorithms, and
integrate vehicle separation signals to calculate vehicle weight,
number of axles, speed, and other information. The equipment has
advantages such as fast speed, high precision, simple operation,
high stability, and ease of maintenance.
The equipment provides two analog sensor input interfaces, one
digital signal output, one discrete signal input, one axle signal
input, one RS232 serial port output, and one RJ45 network interface
supporting TCP/UDP communication. It includes a built-in 4G LTE
wireless communication module, a 7-inch high-definition resistive
touchscreen with a resolution of 1024*600, and a metrological
verification seal interface.

Equipmeng Installation
As shown in the figure below, the weighing controller only has a
touch panel on the front. The status indicators of the equipment
are displayed in real time on the display screen, and the input and
output interfaces are on the left and right sides of the equipment.
